MAIL SERVICE
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail directly to tenant suites. If you have any outgoing mail, the mail carrier will gladly take it for you when they drop off your mail.
SMALL PACKAGES
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
LARGE PACKAGES
Deliveries for the Summit Crossing MOB should take place at the rear entrance on the first (ground) floor and not the main front entrance located on the second floor. There is a canopy at this rear entrance accommodating trucks up to 10 feet in height. Delivery vehicles over 10 feet in height must park curbside at or in the surface parking lot. The transfer of curbside deliveries into the building must be coordinated with the Management Office. If necessary, our team can provide orange cones to block off a specific area to accommodate larger vehicles.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure elevator is prepped and padded (if necessary) and that the tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
